Chili Crunch

I used this as chili oil for my bean curd liangpi dishđŸŒ¶ The ingredients are simple without any preservative or artificial flavoring. They’re made in small batches and the vibrant color alone conveys good quality❀
It has a Mexican rootđŸ‡ČđŸ‡œ yet so versatile for all sorts of cuisines. For me, it’s a great substitute of Chinese chili crunch/oil (I don’t have a vent in my kitchen so I try to avoid any smoky activities there, including making chili oil). It’s not quite as aromatic but sometimes that’s a good thing, making it more neutral and adaptable😉
