bhaskaradari Just checked the nutritional value of each serving. It has 1mcg of B12 per serving. Good for kids of age 6 and below. But an average adult above needs 5 to 100mcg per day or 1250 to 2500mcg per week through supplements. This recommendation is for Cyanocobalamin type. I think companies like Unived and The Blessing Tree have some good B12 pills. Deva is comparatively a bit expensive. 1 likeReply
