Love the nutritional facts. Adaptogens and super greens and everything else you could imagine. I usually just add half a serving to my smoothies because I am sensitive to any protein taste but it blends in nicely. Vanilla is good but chocolate is better... makes a nice malt with frozen bananas and cocoa powder. But this is a great boost for my tropical smoothies
