Review of Rosemary Essential Oil - NOW® by aqualing

I’ve noticed some hair loss lately, possibly due to the seasonal change🍂 Along with adding certain rejuvenating foods (and minimizing inflammatory ones), I’m reaching out to a #naturalremedy that’s been used for millennia for help, #rosemary oil.
You can probably tell just by the fragrance its stimulating and uplifting properties. In fact, rosemary was thought to boost memory in Ancient Greece. Some studies have shown exactly that. But even if direct causation is yet to be proven, I sure get a boost of energy from just a whiff of it⚡️
By the same token, it’s used to prevent hair loss and help hair growth🌱 And it couldn’t be easier.

- Add 8-12 drops of rosemary essential oil to 1 fl oz olive oil 🫒 (yep, the same one you use for cooking is perfect)
- Massage slowly the mixture into your scalp, section by section. Take your time to enjoy it💆🏻‍♀️ (Scalp massage helps with circulation as well)
- Work the rest to saturate the strands
- Leave it on for 30 min (even better with a shower cap on)
- Rinse with shampoo (double shampooing might be needed)

Even though there’s not going to be noticeable hair growth immediately, you hair will thank you for the pampering☺️; since #oliveoil is rich in antioxidants and high in monosaturated fats that have been shown to penetrate the hair strands, rather than just coating them🫒
Once air dried, my hair is always soft to touch with a healthy sheen, and without losing its curls and waves.
