Review of Moisturizing Hand Sanitizer - Lumene by annbience

So cool that this hand sanitizer has a vegan symbol on it! This is a bit expensive, but soooo much better than the cheap stuff. This actually smells kind of good and I feel like it’s better for my skin than the other ones.
