Review of Valentino (medium) at Piza-e-Vino by mikejuliette

I thought saw a gap with a garlic and herb foccacia plus this medium Valentino coating the same as the Queen Regina which I normally veganise. Texture was lacking with no crunch, I think they were too generous on the vegan cheese or the ingredients released moisture on cooking. I still think vegan cheese adds little except oiliness.
