i tried chickpea flour for the very first time. i made some vegan cauliflower 'chicken wings' and gotta say this worked great and also was very tasty. i guess it's great if you are looking for a substitute for regular flour. wondering how this one works if you bake with it and don't use it for cooking in particular. will try eventually. even has 22 g of protein. of course it's more expensive than regular flour: eur 2.95
