Review of Vitamin D3 2200IU - Solgar by inowa

For those living in cold and northern countries we need a wee extra help with V. D.
Recommended daily dose is one tablet per day. I wish I was more constant and say I taje it every day but...
I do take it 4/5days a week; nad I have since the last 3 weeks
Haven't felt a particular change since I started taken them 🤷
