VEGAN

Art Naturals

I spent almost one day looking for information about serum products, vegan and cruelty free. This is my birthday present that I bought myself because #selflove and #selfcare is important and years are coming 🤕

this serum trio was a very good investment, they are affordable and you only use 3-4 drops each time. Not a fan of cosmetics of this kind of product but 👵🏽 I am not in my 20s anymore so better start taking care of myself.
The trio has vitamin C, Retinol and Hyaluronic Acid. After ten days using it I won’t say is a magic product... I will say that my face is hydrated and I have liked to implement a new self-care routine.
🤓 a small nerdy fact is that Vitamin C and retinol (vitamin A) can be found is fruits and veggies that we eat everyday, applied to the skin gives antioxidant properties [is not clear for how long] that is why the application is diary, improving the appearance of skin and protection from the free-radicals hyaluronic acid is a compound that our cells synthesize everyday but externally applied [in most cases injected 🙀] provides a smoother skin.

rikesh Is it your birthday Abi? If it is, many happy returns!! Always lovely to treat yourself with self love and self care. I don’t believe for one minute that you aren’t in your 20s anymore...if that’s the case, you’re ageing gracefully! 🤗 This serum sounds great, I might need to start investing in this stuff myself as i’ve hit my early 30s! Still loving your nerdy facts! 😅1 likeReply
abi88 Thanks @rikesh my birthday was last month but could not decide which product to buy 🙄I procrastinated for almost one month until I bought this one. It’s a great product and not expensive as others 1 likeReply
rikesh Aww well happy belated birthday Abi! 😊 It seems like the procrastination worked as you seem to like these serums! 🙌🏽1 likeReply
elysesimpson Oo I haven’t heard of this brand. I’ve been loving the serums from the ordinary and Pacifica 1 likeReply
abi88 I found it on Amazon, then I looked in PETA, then in their webpage, then compare prices and how people rate their products. I was a bit confused because some brands use the vegan and cruelty free logos, some other not, then I found that as a brand you need to pay for that. pfff is a long way! at least for me that I am not familiar with these kind of brands 1 likeReply
elysesimpson Yeah it can be really confusing especially even on Sephora where a lot of stuff is accidentally vegan. Lately I’ve just been writing brands to ask them if their stuff is animal derived. 1 likeReply
abi88 Maybe is the way, just to ask directly Reply
clarendiee Awesome! This is a good brand. I get their essential oils. Pacifica has similar products and is vegan and cruelty free 🤩1 likeReply
abi88 Will check that brand next time Reply
david- I’ve been using Vitamin C extract on my face for a couple of days now and I’m so impressed!! It’s so smooth, hydrated and clear1 likeReply
