I’m a big fan of Bob’s Red Mill, and their tapioca flour did not disappoint. Some of my baking is intended to create super healthy snacks that taste good. These Golden Milk Cookies have tons of protein and anti oxidants - with no sugar added. It’s important to me to use high-quality ingredients. malarky I too love Bob’s. Great products, plus instead of selling the company to all of the big corporate bidders, he created an employee owned company within the last ten years. An ethos rarely seen these days. Your cookies look really good – is there a recipe online for them? 1 likeReply
