Field Roast

I made this celebration roast for the holidays! ☺️🎉 It felt special to have a cute-looking meat alternative with the textured exterior. FYI - It tastes like vegan meat, not like an Impossible burger or anything. The favors and stuffing in the middle were so good, and I can’t wait to try their other flavors. Very filling! It’s already cooked, so you can heat it up or just cut it up into sammie slices. Makes a nice centerpiece.

vikas I have to try more of this stuff. I’ve been vegetarian then vegan my entire life so have never had a desire to eat meat substitutes, but I kind of feel like I might be missing out!1 likeReply
hereforareason I prefer grains, veggies, and fruit myself, but when my omnivore partner eats vegan with me, he likes to try meat and dairy substitutes. The ones with more flavor in them are not so bad! Reply
