Costco is now selling a four-pack of sprouted tofu, which supposedly contains additional protein and additional beneficial enzymes when compared to the usual variety. The texture seems spongier and the block is a little taller than usual. It tasted great in my go-to recipe for baked crispy cubes. This time I dipped them in a bourbon barbecue sauce.
