Sometimes I am a little lazy and like to use those powder mixes for a quick lunch or dinner. Good thing is that many of them are vegan by itself and you can replace the required ingredients with vegan ones. In this case I used oat cuisine instead of dairy cream and it worked out very good. The taste is great and the ingredients get along without any artificial flavour enhancers.
