đ„„ I used to see this shredded fresh ij the market & how mum squeezed out the cream and then the milky juice.
đ„„ Seems like we only get the packed version from the supermarket now which is convenient. But the taste of freshness is sacrificed.
đ„„ i use coconut mylk for a simple rice dish with tumeric to stir fry with rice. Even plain rice becomes a rich gourmet meal
