🥥 Coconut cream is a rich 1st squeeze from the shredded coconut flesh
🥥 I used to see this shredded fresh ij the market & how mum squeezed out the cream and then the milky juice.
🥥 Seems like we only get the packed version from the supermarket now which is convenient. But the taste of freshness is sacrificed.
🥥 i use coconut mylk for a simple rice dish with tumeric to stir fry with rice. Even plain rice becomes a rich gourmet meal
🥥 Of course it also goes into my curries. Will share more one day with the curry rempah ingredients
🥥 This brand is from Malaysia and is what I buy quite often.
