These are delicious instant noodles! They are vegan based on the ingredients listed. They are not healthy at all lol. The flavor is good, kind of like a soy sauce, and I like the added seaweed. This is great for camping & quick meals. đź’˛4 for a 5-pack from 99 Ranch Market in San Diego
