I got a coupon for $1 off one of Halo Top's new dairy-free ice creams and decided to give it a try. The Birthday Cake tasted great but the texture was a little funky. You definitely have to let it sit out on the counter for a few minutes otherwise it's kind of icy. There are definitely vegan ice cream brands out there that are a lot creamier.
