Review of Tapioca Flour - Bob's Red Mill by bandita
This is a staple in my kitchen for lot of my homemade cheeses. This is used a lot for melty-type cheeses, like the nacho cheese in my 2nd photo. When Xanthan Gum is used with it, which I'll post about in another review, it gives it an even thicker, shinier, gooier consistency. I made a Gruyere cheese with it, among many others, which I didn't take photos of by itself, but the 3rd photo shows part of it in the dish.
I also like the packaging in this. There's velcro that seals the bag. #aloha
