The only vegan protein (18grams) bar at my box, but I am glad that they at least had something I could quickly grab. I was feeling hungry so I got this as pre/post-workout snack. I liked the taste as it was not too sweet or chewy. Kept me fueled for a couple of hours workout in the box.
