Review of Dragon Breath's Hor Fun at EMPRESS by sylchew

YESSS i finally got to try impossible meat after seeing so many reviews saying they prefer it over beyond meat and honestly, i am sold too! (opps🙊) It does not have that characteristic iron-ish taste of beyond meat and its texture is closer to minced meat. I feel that Beyond patty is mushier. That aside, the meatballs were well seasoned, noodles was stir-fried to perfection with sweet soy sauce and delightful wok hei aroma. Finally i love it when fancy restaurants are generous with their portions.😆 They gave 6 meatballs which is a lot more than i expected (Yes i counted, don't judge me lol)
