Shortbread mix

Woolies is truely upping their game.
Vegan shortbread for the win. First time making shortbread in my life as I usually always bought them made from woolies. I was so happy to spit the vegan option put on the pack as well. They were delicious, creamy and surprisingly shortbready considering they aren't made with butter but vegan margarine.

This is a lovely easy shortbread mix :) I got it when the ‘ready to bake’ range was on special. Nice to have in the cupboard when you want em in like 30 mins 😋
