My favourite kimchi brand. It's difficult to find vegan kimchi without seafood ingredients, but this

seems to be a staple at most PC grocery stores (no frills, loblaws, superstore) in the healthy foods refridgerated isle. Love using it in soups, stir frys and fried rice!

This isn't the best vegan kimchi I've tasted. It doesn't taste much like the real

thing. They should do better...

I'm a huge fan of kimchi, especially Korean Kimchi, because I prefer a little spice.

Wildbrine makes my favorite so far, they also make bomb sauerkraut.
If you haven't tried kimchi but you like pickles or jarred peppers, you will like kimchi.
You can eat it with so many things to add something special, I put a spoonful on grill cheese sandwiches! Yummmm
