I love mushrooms so this might be a bit biased but I loved them really enjoyable had them as a burger and as a breakfast flatbread sandwich with some vegan bacon definitely getting again

I usually make my own burgers, but I saw these in the stall with a discount because they were going bad, so I thought that I should give them a go instead of letting them to be thrown away.
As it had loads of mushrooms in the ingredients I supposed that it would have a meaty texture. Badly supposed. Regarding the flavour, the outer layer reminds me of a snack that I ate when I was little, and I don't know why this has also happened to me the first (and also last) time that I bought a burger from the supermarket (from a Spanish Mercadona).

Had to try a bite of the misses one. And this was also the same in terms of the beetroot, nice and moist with an overall good taste and texture.

Doesn't look particularly appetising, but does taste good. Mushrooms, chickpeas and black beans shaped into a really thick burger shape.
