This coconut milk is very creamy and doesn't separate as much as other brands. And you can get it in a pack of 6 at Costco.

Super creamy and we add it to Tikka Masala and occasionally smoothies.
*URGENT EDIT!!* A new investigation by PETA has found that cruel monkey labor is still being used in all of the coconut farms they visited! They recommend not purchasing ANY coconut products sourced from Thailand! This coconut cream was purchased before the investigation.
I put this in the fridge to separate the cream and water, but now I am thinking I wasn't supposed to, because when I opened it, there was a solid layer of coconut oil at the top! I removed that and below was a healthy amount of cream that had separated from the water perfectly. I scooped it out and sweetened with date syrup and used to top my chia pudding. The water is still usable so I need to freeze that or figure out the best way to use it. I don't really like too much coconut flavor, but this cream was relatively mild.
The company has stated that they do not use coconuts harvested with monkey labor, so hopefully that is true.

Let me tell you how good coconut cream is! One of my favorite treats is watermelon or strawberries dipped in the cream (I highly recommend trying this), and it’s good in granola, rice, etc.

Don’t know where this Thai Kitchen Coconut Cream Unsweetened has been all my baking life, but oh my god! Never am I ever going to fuss with cans of coconut milk again (although this is one of my fav brands for that too!) to try making homemade whipped cream when I can just use this stuff! No more 24 hour refrigeration for 1/4 cup of cream that floats to the top of an otherwise still liquid-y can.. highly recommend! 🥥🍶
