Lovely hash browns! I made them in the over and they came out really crispy. Great courgette & spinach taste; maybe because these are my two favourite veggies.

Alternative to traditional Hash browns. They have a more delicate taste. I've baked them in the oven. Add them to your breakfast or use as a side to a main meal.

These are lovely. They have a excellent crispy exterior. Only issue is that they have a lot of fat and aren't incredibly filling.
