Sweetened only with fruit (currants, apple, and mulberry), it is high fiber, low fat, and has 7 grams of protein per 1/3 cup serving. Gluten-free and GMO free too. Just wish the ingredients were organic as well.

Super high in protein and are delicious! With apple cinnamon, mulberry, raisins, and dried fruits it's super healthy and super delicious. Per 1/3 of a cup you get 7 g of protein and no added sugar! Delicious and is my favorite go to breakfast option!
