Chilling with my supper, feet on the grass feeling grounded and taking in some fresh air and silence.
This is some creamy pasta that's really easy to make, I added 3/4 tbsp of coconut oil, 1 red onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 yellow pepper, a bag of spinach, 2 tbsp of cashew cream and a bottle of Ole whip dairy free cream, water to make it runny, then I added the beans and remembered I still have miso paste and egg free pasta.
Spices was salt, pepper&paprika.
