Pasta ottima da fare all'arrabbiata al posto delle classiche penne, secondo me con queste viene molto meglio.
Io cuocio la pasta secondo le indicazioni sul pacchetto per poi versarla un minuto in una padella in cui ho preparato un veloce sughetto preparato con soffritto solo di cipolla e olio evo con pochissimo concentrato (o doppio o triplo concentrato) mutti, una salsa classica mutti e due peperoncini freschi tagliati finemente (amo il piccante), verrà una delizia!
Ho visto su internet che un pacco di pasta Rummo alle Hawaii costa sui 5€. Ma ti pare che non mi senta Fortunata a poterle acquistare a neanche 1€ e nei formati che voglio? Certo, vivere alla Hawaii però… !!! Ottima pasta per piccoli Bocconi visto che sono mezzi rigatoni.
