Lovely firm texture, umami mushroom explosion, one of the better vegan sausages. Nice sausage juice too. :))))))

Very good texture and taste but have to slightly overcook them to get the same taste you would get from a non vegan sausage. Also, wish there were more in the pack but overall I’d 100% buy them again!
