There's nothing really special about this cereal, and that's just how I like it... Plain and unsweetened. I like to add my own berries and/or banana and occasionally some homemade granola to my cereal, so this is perfect. I don't know what the regular price is, but I only paid $1 for it at a local liquidation store. I would definitely buy this again.
