Old Bay Seasoning

I hadn’t had this in years and had forgotten what it tasted like. It’s a good mix of spices, very nice if you cost veggies pre baking. I prefer a little more garlic, but it’s a versatile seasoning.

I LOVE Old Bay. I use it a lot to make vegan “seafood” recipes and even sprinkle it on my roasted veggies & avocado toast. It’s one of the seasonings I always have in my pantry!

I did use it on some plain chips from Chipotle but I'm so used to this as a boil base within a seafood boil *sign.* Accidentally Vegan, only slightly spicy, tastes great, gluten free, part of the non-gmo project verified.

Don't be fooled by the packaging. This is confirmed vegan - it contains "18 herbs and spices" - spicy, salty and just delicious!!! Olive branch deli in Cape Town are the only importers of this in South Africa. Highly recommended
