Always thrown off by the fishy smell but once you rinse them and cook them, that smell disappears. These noodles are so delicious and yet have little to no calories and carbs. Love this product.

Got this NuPasta spaghetti, that’s gluten free and vegan. Had a coupon for it which made it free from around ($5). I had expected it to have a lot more in the container, it also smelled fishy which was quite surprising to me. It was easy to make though and I added my own sauce since jt was a bit bland without it, It tasted okay. I hope that they reduce the price as one costs $5 which again is quite shocking considering it’s very small. I don’t know.... this pasta smells quite fishy out of the package, which disappears after it is rinsed. I believe the appeal is the very very low calorie content. There seems to be very little nutritional value. The taste is bland, and since it is already cooked, it just needs to be warmed, and of course sauce needs to be added. I’m not convinced that it’s a good product, unless you’re interested in fooling your belly into thinking it’s full.

The initial smell was not great. After cooking, it improved. The texture is a bit odd for sure—like super slippery noodles. I would use very flavorful toppings/sauces so they are the focus. Macros are killer. One package/one serving is 1g Protein, 6g Carbs and 1g Fat. Ingredients are water, organic kanjac root, organic soy. Simple.
