L lysine

So I get cold sores, okay? Yes, that means I have herpes simplex.  Does it suck? Totally! But…if I take this here L-Lysine every day, it cuts down how often those nasty cold sores show up on my face! Yay!!!! I take a maintenance dose every day and then if I’m stressed or been out in the sun too long or I just start feeling that tingling under my skin, I up the dosage and 99.9% of the time, this wonderful stuff keeps my face in the clear. This brand is great because their pills are vegan and the bottles are recyclable.

Tem preço bom, compro pelo mercado livre.
O comprimido é grande e se cortar no meio, fica muito áspero para engolir, então tem que tomar inteiro mesmo 😱.
Já tentei esmagar, da certo mas não tem um gosto muito agradável 🤣

I read that this would be a good supplement to control flare-ups of cold sores which have been recurring since I got covid (anyone else that suffers from this? 😭) but honestly I didn’t see a difference in healing time + this pill is stupidly big and impossible to swallow 🥵
