Convenient to keep at hand in the freezer. Surprisingly, I can only find these #edamamebeans reliably at Checkers . A good sized pack and reasonably priced too. Would be even better if they were already shelled ☺🤭
So, whenever I'm cooking a meal, such as a stir-fry, and needing extra #protein and #greens; and other nutritional benefits, I'll grab a handful of the #edamame. Very handy.
