How is it that I have just realized that HobNobs are vegan??! The chocolate ones aren’t so I just assumed that the plain aren’t either. What a ding-a-ling! 🤦🏻♀️

Good crushed into a crumble, I didn't have these on their own but broken up into a dessert dish. It was a good base, a little dry. :)

When I learned Hob Nobs were vegan I was over the moon. They are a proper biscuit that can take a dunking in a brew.
