This is the single greatest #instantfood that Maggi has ever come up with 🙌 ..or as @waterlily describes it, “the basis” of @m1tch9i’s & I’s relationship. Whether or not true, we sure have it a lot 🤭 There is a particular way to cook this though! If you’re not cooking it #mamak style, you might as well toss it out 😒 I refuse to even be on the same continent as you 🤮 I won’t leave you without instructions though - #veganrecipe incoming! 📝

- In a wok, fry a sweeter #luncheon in bite-size pieces. A rectangular shape works best! I recommend https://www.abillion.com/products/614815eb5a172300a2433e43 by Ayam Brand but have had success with others too 🐣 - At the half-cook point, toss in your vegetables! Our best iterations have been with #brocolli, but cabbage wasn’t too bad either 🥦
- Add a cup or so of water per serving. We want to make this dry! The goal is to have the water cook off and the #maggi be cooked 🥢
- Top off water as necessary, but be careful to not over-water or over-cook. It’s an art to get it just right 🎨

The best damn #noodles ever 🤩 This dish it inspired by the “Maggi Tomyum” at Abu Mamak, an omnivorous spot @feliciousx, @stevenneoh, and I frequented following our nights out in Penang 🏝️ I have yet to do a perfect rendition with #veganegg, #vegancheese, and #friedchicken (yes, it was hearty as hell), but I’ll post it when I do 😋 Until then, I think this an amazing homage. It even tastes better when shitfaced, just like the original 😉 It’s #omnivoreapproved by many an omni 🏆 In fact, screw #betterthanmaggi 👎 This shit is #betterthanabumamak 💪 Fewer calories, home-made, and uh.. #accidentallyvegan too!! 🎉
