Since I have German roots, I’ve grown up eating red cabbage and I love it! Unfortunately, it’s hard to prepare it since I live in my own and you can only buy whole heads of red cabbage here (which is a lot to eat for just one person!) I’ve also had bad luck with prepared varieties in the past — some use butter. Luckily this brand is cheap & tasty. It paired well with my vegan roast dinner! 🧡

Lovely. You can eat it cold. I always heat it up and add onions, salt and pepper. And sometimes a piece of a chopped up apple
I originally thought this was like a sour kraut but it's not. It's more like a pickle ~ almost like beetroot.
It's lovely added to vegan bowls as an acidic side.
