very yummy tofu, salty but not too much, nice wild garlic taste, also tastes awesome cold

Tofu mit Bärlauch
(White Tofu with Wild Garlic)
This is white tofu with wild garlic, marinated with herbs.
I know it doesn't look particularly exciting from the way it is in that box there, but it taste well ☺ !
I prepared scrambled (without kalamak salt) tofu from. I crumpled the tofu and sautéed it with red onions in a pan. I added some tomatoes and spring onions, and only seasoned them with a little garlic salt.
I like to eat it on slices of bread (and sprinkled a bit ketchup over it).
Bought: Germany, "Rewe" supermarket, 2,19 €

I really like the wild garlic tofu. Seared with fresh wild garlic, it tastes great with asparagus, potatoes and vegan hollandaise sauce. 😋
