Kumamoto Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen

I'd had the Kumamoto #tonkotsu #ramen from this brand before, but this one was #spicy and thus better 😋 As convenient as #instantnoodles go really; 2 minutes on the hob are all it needs, though of course if you're cooking other ingredients you'll need to coordinate various cooking times. With a broth this rich your tastebuds would probably let you get away with just having this "plain" if you preferred 🙂 I wish I'd added fried garlic bits.

🇯🇵 I’m on a quest to find a healthy instant vegan 🍜ramen. This is way too 🧂salty unfortunately but it was nice otherwise. I’ll try to half the seasoning next time and see if that works. I added 🧄garlic, green onion, 🌱spinach, rocket, and sesame seeds to try to up their nutrient count. #veganramen #veganjapanesefood
