I got these for a ramen style dish and they were tasty in flavour but I had to get used to the sort of slimy texture which I think comes as a result of them being thick noodles. Would try again in other dishes and you get a lot for your money so would buy again but maybe try in different meals 👌🏻

Great for chucking in stirfrys, ramen or just on their own with some broth. Simple to use, just sit in boiling water then add to dish.

Plain tasting until they're seasoned, good texture, not to stodgy, they're the best Udon noodles I've tried so far.
Easy to cook, just added boiling water and stirred for a few minutes.
Were lovely in my homemade chow mein! 🍜
