Brown Bread

This was really soft and good bread. It was 100% whole wheat with obviously extra steps.

Lockdown time, we rarely went out, so mom asked maid to bring bread and she bought this, we always had white bread so thought well ok let's try it and this is so much better than refined flour bread!! The texture and thickness👌 no change in taste, obviously healthier but it is more expensive than white bread even though the only different in ingredients is refined flour is replaced with whole wheat flour and malt product is added. Now we buy both white and brown. Chotu likes it so an healthier option for her too.
Suji bread is one of fav.

It's getting cold here and I think I have found the perfect way to be uncomfortable enough to not fall asleep(as I like to study in bed in winters) but also stay inside blanket: put chair next to bed😂 working so far and it's more comfortable than sitting with table because now I can stretch my legs
