Creamy with a bit of spiciness. Not to spicy but just right. Great on a sandwich, in a Just Egg Omelet, or on top of your grits. Yummy! Do not hesitate with this brand or variety, top notch.

Today finally I had chance to make quesadilla. I made my stuffing with garlic , green onion , spinach and arugula. Stair fry in-little oil .
This cheese melted nicely . Cheesy taste with lot of green and crispy . You can’t get this in restaurant 😘 I am sure any body can make with Good planet -& good ❤️.
For dipping I mix half vegan sour cream thin it with half yogurt . Add lemon pepper and garlic . Yummy . Cut calories.

I got this brand to try . But didn’t seem as good as I like ( follow your heart pepper jack ) cheese . . I don’t want to 👎 but I guess i am honest . 😘 I will try to melt and it may change my taste .for good .

This cheese melts really well. It's also great as-is. It's a fairly mild flavor though- I would have enjoyed a little increase in the spice level. Found at Grocery Outlet.
