Wow brow

Elf brand is easy to find drug store vegan cosmetics. They are inexpensive & they work. This wow brow is an easy application with a wand brush.

I was looking for something that could both tint my eyebrows and functions as a gel and this product is great for that! It's also really small, so I can take it with me everywhere.

Is it just me, or does this product do nothing? It's dry/flaky, doesn't add tint or hold my eyebrow hairs in place. Did I get a bad batch, or is this just a bad product? Waste of money 😞
