Plant based southwest chikn burrito

These are really good with nice flavors of the southwest. Cook them in the oven they come out nice and crispy! Black beans, fire roasted corn and peppers, vegan mozz and enchilada sauce

This was so good! I also got the other kind of burrito and it was tasty and filling! Was better than I thought it would be

I like how easy this was to microwave and eat, easy lunch to have at work. I think the flavor was a little weird and it would be easy for me to make myself next time
