This was on sale for over half price so it was a bargain. I cooked it up as "pork" in a Sichuan eggplant recipe and it worked really well. I only used half the pack, will try and make dumplings with the other half

This plant-based “pork” is pretty plain. I’ve tried their “chicken” and it was much better to me. I added a lot of taco seasoning to the “pork” to add flavor. I probably won’t buy the “pork” flavored mince again. #abillion #deliciou #plantpork
