Balsamic Vinegar Of Modena

Absolutely love this balsamic vinegar. Which is such a staple in my cooking. #uplandspeak 

Lovely aroma, I enjoy using balsamic vinegar for bruschetta or mixing it with olive oil and other herbs to create a crusty bread dip !!

This balsamic vinegar is really cheap in both cost and quality. It’s incredibly runny which is just wrong in a balsamic vinegar. It tastes ok but it’s like water in consistency and that is plain yucky. Stick with the Kirkland brand - that stuff is fire!

I use this mostly on salads for myself - I like the flavor well enough - can't say it is the best I have tried but does the job
