Cherry Chip Cake Mix

As far as I know, almost if not all the Betty Crocker cake mixes are vegan! The instructions call for milk & eggs to be added but you can easily substitute with a non dairy milk & egg replacement (applesauce, coconut oil, flax seed egg, etc). Or you can do like I did - just add pop to the mix and you're done! I was very skeptical about this hack but I used club soda and my cupcakes turned out amazing!! The Whipped frostings are also vegan!! Bought buttercream and chocolate for these two cake mixes ☺️

Most of these Betty Crocker cake mixes are vegan which is pretty awesome because they don’t need any eggs and if you really feel like you need to add an egg replacement you can add one of many egg replacements
