This instant oatmeal is one of the lowest sugar ones I've found. I like oatmeal,
but so many instant ones are really high in sugar and sodium and overly sweet. This one tastes good and doesn't have much sugar at all.

This is suspiciously sweet for only having one gram of sugar but it does tastes
great.

I love steel cut oats, and these are absolutely delicious. I really recommend them for
a quick breakfast. They also have no plastic packaging.
