Bevanda di soia ottima, pur essendo senza zucchero il sapore é così piacevole che per la colazione è molto buona anche in purezza, non mi era mai capitato con altre bevande di soia non zuccherate. La percentuale di soia é però inferiore rispetto ad altre bevande di qualità. Appena riuscirò a ricomprarla voglio sperimentarla anche per fare ricotta o maionese e valutarla anche per questi utilizzi.

Sugar-free and made with 100% Italian soya, this is a good soy milk for cooking. Be careful when you buy it as the Coop have two kinds of soy milk right next to each other and one does have sugar in it. I made mayo with that one once by mistake 😬
