This was an incredibly tasty breakfast that was included in the cost of our room.
Though tofu scramble is a bit overdone (and can be underwhelming), this edition was uncharacteristically creamy — perhaps coconut mylk was added? — and had a hint of curry flavour. It also packed a slight kick with the chopped fresh chili and sambal; along with some extra nutrients with the cabbage and shaved zucchini. So, high originality scores were rewarded. This was a wonderful start to my day.
