Review of Parisian Gnocchi di Zucca at Unwind by pdxveg

This consisted of luscious pillowy pâte à choux gnocchi, rich and creamy red kuri squash purée, sweet, spicy, and tangy apple mostarda, and sage. It was fabulous. It’s a special for Veganizer PDX’s World Vegan Month celebration and a portion of the proceeds will benefit support Equitable Giving Circle, a Black Women and Black Femme led organization aiming to make large economic deposits into the Portland BIPOC economy while also encouraging community healing. They feed BIPOC families with food from BIPOC farms and offer impactful community wellness programs. (nut-free, contains gluten)
